Eco-Me Africa is a high-impact, growth-driven social enterprise building Africa’s leading
menstrual and hygiene ecosystem. We produce and distribute sustainable, reusable hygiene
products while creating economic opportunities and expanding access across underserved
populations. We believe that access to safe menstrual care is not optional, it is a fundamental
right. Period poverty is not inevitable. And with the right product, the right distribution and the
right partnerships, it is entirely solvable.
Founded in Ghana and driven by a firsthand encounter with the realities of period poverty in
rural communities, Eco-Me Africa was built not just to sell a product, but to drive systemic
